Enquiries and proposals
All engagements start with a written proposal. Work begins only after that proposal or agreement is accepted by both parties.
Scope and deliverables
Each engagement is defined by a written scope stating deliverables, timeline, and fees. Requests outside that scope are quoted separately before work is carried out.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to accounts, content, approvals, and feedback needed to deliver the work, and to hold the rights to any materials you supply.
Fees, billing, and advertising spend
Management fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Advertising spend is billed directly by the advertising platform and is separate from our fees.
Term and cancellation
Engagements begin with an initial term stated in the proposal and continue month to month afterwards. Either party may end the ongoing arrangement with written notice as specified in the agreement.
Ownership
On payment of the applicable fees, you own your website content, domain, business profiles, and advertising accounts. We retain ownership of internal tools, templates, and processes.
Results and no guarantees
Marketing outcomes depend on your market, pricing, capacity, and factors outside our control, including search engine and advertising platform behaviour. Targets shared on this site are goals, not guarantees.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms as our services change. The version published here applies to use of this website.
